At Anderson Distillery and Grill, we focus on small batch spirits utilizing Texas-sourced products. Our Roanoke distillery specializes in rum, vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon and flavored liqueurs.
Stop by our Roanoke bar for a tasting and raise a glass with us, see the distillation process in action behind glass walls that house impressive 125-gallon and 26-gallon column stills with other distillery equipment, and grab a limited batch bottle from our retail area to take home.

The Coffee Infused Meat Rub
Many recipes at Anderson Distillery and Grill have one not-so-secret ingredient: Joe Rub. The house-made seasoning blend combines fresh coffee, pepper, brown sugar and spices that lend a distinctive flavor to meats, seafood and vegetables. Based on an old cowboy recipe, Joe Rub is the creation of our owners and functioned, in a sense, as a prequel business that inspired our Roanoke coffee-infused grub here at the restaurant.
